Connect to your health provider so you always have access to lab results, medications, and more. Tap browse , then tap Add account to search for your provider.

Share your health data with someone

Keep your love ones in the loop. To get started, Tap sharing, then tap share with someone, choose which data to share.

Share your data with doctor

Allow your doctor to see heart rate, exercise minutes, and more. Tap sharing, then tap share with your doctor.

Track your Menstrual circle

See a timeline of cycle, log details like symptoms and spotting, and get prediction notifications. To get started, tap browse, then tap Cycle tracking.

Share your medical ID

If you make an emergency call, iPhone can share your information with first responders. Tap your profile, then tap medical ID. Tap edit, then turn on share During Emergency call.

Quickly call for help

In an emergency, click the side button five times, then drag the Emergency SOS slider. iPhone calls emergency Services and send message to the contacts in your Medical ID.

Listen carefully

iPhone can tell you if your head volume has been too loud for too long. Go to settings, tap sounds, tap Headphone safety, then turn on Headphone Notifications.
